With an individual housing contract, residents are responsible only for their installment payments.
Residents of our UT Austin apartments are not liable for their roommates' installments.
Unlike traditional agreements or joint housing contracts, if a resident's roommate transfers, graduates, or fails to submit their monthly installment payment, it does not affect the resident or their housing contract.
Individual housing contracts allow college students the opportunity to worry about one less thing!
