The property has visitor parking dispersed throughout the community for all cars without parking permits and Resident's guests.
All visitor parking is marked with a large "VISITOR" stenciled in front of the spot.
At no time should a car without the correct permit be parked under any covered parking.
Covered parking is a paid-for amenity only and the Resident that rents it reserves the right to call for a tow.
