Our independent living cottages provide an upscale living arrangement with spacious wide-open floor designs for Seniors 55 and better. All of our cottages, which are 1,300 square feet, are available with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a 2-car garage and two covered porches.

For the past 15 years, we have focused our business efforts on providing all of Henderson County with a one-of-a-kind assisted living facility located in Athens: Oak Wood Place Senior Living.
We've built on our years of experience and knowledge, and in 2011 we expanded our community to include a luxury, two-story assisted living building with 40 private apartments, as well as 16 luxury independent living cottages.
