PWAA's mission is to coordinate and educate our members for the growing industry of public and commercial multi-family housing. PWAA provides our owner, manager, and business professional members with information regarding leadership, training, upcoming events, membership benefits, networking with business partners, and other resources to lean more about the many aspects of multi-family housing.

PWAA is located in Deep East Texas and services Angelina County, Houston County, Nacogdoches County, Polk County, Sabine County, San Augustine County, Shelby County, and Trinity County. Piney Woods Apartment Association (PWAA) members are rental housing owners, builders, developers, property management firms, and companies that supply products or services to rental properties in the Deep East Texas area.

Located in Austin, Texas, TAA has been brining rental housing professionals together since 1963.
Based in Alexandria, Virginia, NAA started in 1939 and has been serving 152 affiliates and over 82,00 members from around the world.
PWAA's Supplier Members provide goods and services to our network of multi-family housing owners, management companies, and brokers.
Not only is this a great means to gain exposure for your company, you will also be providing assistance to other businesses in Deep East Texas.
At PWAA, we understand occasional issues may arise between residents and landlords.
If the parties cannot come to an agreement, or you feel you're being treated unfairly, our Resident Relations Committee will step in as a mediator.
STEP 2. Collect and copy your TAA lease agreement and any correspondence or pictures available to add to this grievance.
STEP 4. The Resident Relations Committee will then look over all material and will send you a letter regarding the outcome of their decision.
