Dogs, cats, birds, and fish are allowed as pets, and a maximum of two pets are allowed per apartment. All pets, except for fish, must be at least 12 months old at the time of move-in. Exotic pets, reptiles, and some dog breeds such as Pit Bull Terriers, Staffordshire Terriers, Rottweilers, Chows, Sharpeis, German Shepherds, and Doberman Pinschers are restricted and not allowed to occupy an apartment.

For approved pets, the weight limit is a maximum of 75 lbs. A pet deposit of $100-200 must be paid for each pet, Pet rent of $30-$45. No deposit is required for birds and fish. Pet interviews may be conducted with the manager to determine if your pet is eligible.
