Typically, the admin fee & deposit are refundable if you are not approved pending, you did not falsify your application in any way or delay application.
How long does it take to have my deposit/admin fee refunded if denied?
It can take up to 30 days, make sure you provide us the best address so that your check does not get lost in the mail!
Typically, it is a 24-hour turn around pending, we are provided all required documentation such as proof of income, employment history & or rental history but that is not guaranteed.
