The kind people at Bright really helped me and my fiancee out with our unique living situation at Alpine Manor. It's rare to find a property management company that will treat you like a human being, and we've found that with these guys. I'm thrilled at our place and at the kindness shown from ownership down to receptionists in working with their tenants.
Bright Apartments was extremely accommodating and helpful in arranging our move from Wisconsin to an apartment in Eugene. We were, admittedly, quite bothersome with our regular check-ins on application status and receipt of paperwork thereafter, but Bright Apartments was always courteous and prompt in their responses. We truly couldn't have asked for a better experience.
We had a great experience renting from Bright Apartments. They were incredibly fair when we ended up having to break a lease. We got most of our deposit back after living in a home with three LITTLE kids for 20 months. The rents for our unit were INCREDIBLE for the current market, and the deposit was reasonable.
