Services
Our residential rental properties are serviced by both private and public mailboxes.
If a residence is serviced by a private mailbox, it will be assigned by our property manager, and if it is a lock box, you will receive a key.
If, on the other hand, your mail is to be delivered to one of the public mailboxes maintained by the postal service, they must give you a key.
To obtain a key to one of the postal service mailboxes you must present them with a copy of your lease agreement, and it must be presented by the person named as the tenant in the lease agreement.
