We welcome 2 pets per apartment home (2, dogs or cats or mix).
There is a $250 pet deposit (non-refundable) and $250 Pet Fee.
Pet rent is $10 per month.
No aggressive breeds i.e.
Pitbulls, Staffordshire Terrors, Doberman Pinschers, German Shepherds, Chow chows, Bull Mastiff, Dalmatian and Rottweiler are allowed.
Dogs that are over 40 lbs.
