The only real bad thing I can say is that there is no outside storage so a lot of the porches look like a garage explode.

Coming home and seeing weight benches and various odds and ends on the porches makes you cringe.
Also, for some reason, the townhomes do not have ceiling fans and you cannot add them or request they be added.
