The Pool Apartments are home to 48 units that have been substantially renovated over the last five years.
We offer one and two-bedroom units that we take great pride in maintaining as we would want to live there ourselves - replacing appliances, flooring, countertops, lighting, hardware and fixtures aggressively.
Inside, expect to find a finish-out like that of a nice home, including wood laminate flooring, up-to-date lighting and ceiling fans, built-in microwaves, 2-inch blinds, ceramic tile tub/showers, walk-in closets and more, all set in warm, designer colors.
